Armin HunzingerArmin Hunzinger has thirty-two years international experience in Engineering Education, Engineering Design, Preventive Maintenance, and Project Start-up. Educated in Germany, Mr. Hunzinger received a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Stuttgart Institute of Technology. Mr. Hunzinger traveled to Asia, Africa, Europe, and North America training technical educators in control engineering. He began his career as a Project Engineer at the De Beers Gold and Diamond Mines in Namibia (South West Africa). As Project Manager for an international fluid power company, Mr. Hunzinger first established a technical support and promotion department for newly established subsidiaries. As Systems Engineer for a transfer line manufacturer, Mr. Hunzinger was responsible for the assembly and start-up of Gantry Robots for the automotive industry. Dedicated to education, Mr. Hunzinger worked with the Canadian Department of Education to develop vocational training programs for high school students. As a member of the Project Committee for the Ontario Ministry of Education he was instrumental in developing the technological studies curriculum guidelines that provide authority for Ontario Academic Courses (OACS) in technological studies. Mr. Hunzinger established a Vocational Training Center in Bluffton, Ohio for electronic technicians. Combining his educational experience and engineering background, Mr. Hunzinger designed and developed training systems and authored technical textbooks for hydraulics, pneumatics, electro mechanical, electric motor control, and programmable logic control (PLC), and basic electricity. He also designed fluid power control diagrams and power systems for production and process machines and equipment; central lubrication systems; electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems to modernize existing production machines. Mr. Hunzinger has the unique ability to adjust his curriculum and lecture style to varied educational levels. He has lectured to groups of up to one hundred and fifty on preventative maintenance and taught three to five day courses in hydraulic, pneumatics, and electrical and electronical technology to several hundred companies. Mr. Hunzinger trained maintenance personnel in preventive maintenance methods. He also developed and wrote preventive maintenance programs for automated production machines for manufacturers of pharmaceutical, chemical, electrical, textile products, steel mills, mining industries, machine tool manufacturers, automotive and injection molding machines. |
